Betwaybet Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Betwaybet is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. Throughout this document, "we", "betwaybet", and "platform" all refer to the betwaybet company. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any individual registered on the platform.

• Betwaybet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

A valid account is required to use betwaybet's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any accumulated balance.

• One account per person you may open. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
• For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, betwaybet may request a copy of your national ID card or passport.
• If your details change, please notify our support team immediately.

By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are participating on this platform voluntarily. betwaybet may request verification documents at any time and may suspend your account until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

Betwaybet currently supports the following payment methods:

• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Betwaybet may place a hold on any suspicious transaction without prior verification.

Withdrawals at betwaybet are straightforward and transparent. KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Processing time: Typically 15–30 minutes; up to 24 hours for complex cases.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses have an expiry date – any unused bonus will be forfeited once the deadline has passed.
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same device or household may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Betwaybet reserves the right to correct the outcome of any bet placed at erroneous odds caused by a system error.
• In Live Betting, bets may not be accepted if there is a network delay.
• Betting on multiple outcomes within the same match is allowed; however, arbitrage betting strategies aimed at guaranteed profit are strictly prohibited.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using strategies to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or channelling illegal funds.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Participating in or facilitating odds manipulation.

Betwaybet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice. Users may also close their own account at any time.

• To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team.
• Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded — however, bonus balances will not be returned.
• If an account is suspended due to a policy violation, betwaybet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.
• After an account is closed, the same individual may not register a new account.

Betwaybet believes gaming is a form of entertainment – not a source of income. We actively promote responsible gaming.

• Users may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily close your account for a set period through self-exclusion.
• A mandatory 24-hour waiting period applies to any limit increases.
• If signs of problem gambling are identified, betwaybet may proactively intervene.

• Urgent changes (e.g., for legal reasons) may take effect immediately.
